This is the swimming pool of my childhood.   Closed now and for some reason filled with soil and rocks and weeds.  This the shallow end.   Had swimming lessons here at perhaps age 10.  Remember the well-endowed swimming instructor bending over me instructing on some swimming stroke right at this end of the pool.   Gail and I sneaking in, while still in high school, late on a summer nights...  It's still here.. sort of.  Mamiya 7II w/ 40mm

This past weekend I visited some families that live to the northeast of Puerto Vallarta, near the city dump.  Over the years I have often photographed up in this area, have volunteered on some small projects, and generally have just loved visiting and taking pictures.  Here are a few from this quick trip.   Nikon D700 w/ 24-70mm
