Paris - Montmartre Cemetery
I think that I will always wander through old cemeteries. I can't think of many places that tug on you in so many different ways. This one, Montmartre, is one of Paris' "newest" as it was opened in 1825. Paris - Friday
Mostly from friday's wanderings ending with walk under the Eiffel Tower. All in all a great day with over 10 miles walked!! The last couple of photos are of the base of the Eiffel Tower. I'm interested in these small details as related to the incredible overall structure and history.

Paris - Evening
Here are a few photographs from our first night in Paris as we walked the neighborhood around our apartment, up towards the Sacred Heart Basilica on Montmartre (La Basilique du Sacre Coeur de Montmartre). The next many blog posts will contain photos from our trip to France/Italy... mostly Italy. I don't know how the photography will evolve, but it will!!! How could it not?
